Hi I’m Gemma, the Proud owner of Rustic Cheesecakes.

I’m based in the beautiful Norfolk countryside in St Germans, located just outside king’s Lynn. I have a small family who mean the world to me and I’m a huge animal lover, I’m happiest surrounded by good food (cheesecake mainly) family, friends and my beloved pets.

Nothing makes me happier then seeing my loved ones and other people smile and be happy.

New Lease of Life

My business started in 2021 when the world was upside down and in the middle of a pandemic. I never expected my idea to take off and completely change my career. Its bought so much enjoyment to my life, I absolutely love making my cheesecakes for everyone to enjoy.

I have been lucky enough to cater for 3 weddings in my first year of business and it’s an absolute pleasure to be part of the couple’s big day and share the love and joy, it really is the most amazing feeling and I’m very grateful for their support and trust in me. I’m excited to see where my business can take me.
